Psalm 73 deals with a subject that affects every Christian from time to time. It was written by Asaph, who was a priest and a worship leader in the temple service. Asaph knew God; he walked with God; he loved God. He was a man of the spirit who knew and delighted in the presence of God. But he was also beset with a weakness that I can certainly relate to, and I suspect that you can too.

Jesus at dawnMohammed is reported as saying, "I am the apostle of Allah, but I do not know what he will do with me". As a Christian you will not have to live with such uncertainty. The apostle John says, "I write this to you who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ that you may know that you have eternal life". This is what Christians call 'assurance of salvation'.
